ES 1: JT Sunday Edition: Talking about the June 20k run and 50k July walk

JT Sunday Edition 7-18-2021: let's talk about my crap how I approach it. I'm not saying I know everything and still have tons to learn.
20k 12.5 miles run was completed June 17th, 2021, in La Plakta, Maryland. The trail is used Indian Head Rail Trail.
The 50k Walk, a sixty thousand step walk, was complete on the East Coast of Florida (Palm Coast). I started and ended at a public beachside parking area right next to Marineland. I would walk down to the Flager Beach pier and back in a single session to do a walk that would exceed sixty thousand steps.
This works for me and if weight loss is your gauge of success then I've lost 64 pounds as a result of the way I do things. I research, watch and listen to professionals but then go and do it so I develop what works.
I give some advice, BUT I am no doctor folks, consult one first before starting ANY routine of your own!!!!
